01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms in full.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02 Products & Digital Downloads

We offer the following digital products for sale:

• Digital Download (MP3 — 320kbps): A high-quality digital audio file of the single "GET TO IT" by Wisdom Speeks ft. Dana Renee.
• Studio Master (WAV): A broadcast-ready, lossless WAV audio file including clean and explicit versions.
• Supporter Bundle: Includes MP3 + WAV versions, digital lyric sheet, exclusive press pack PDF, behind-the-scenes notes, digital credits acknowledgment, and early access to future releases.

All products are delivered digitally via email to the address provided at checkout. Physical goods are not offered. Download links will be delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

03 Purchases & Payment

All purchases are processed in US Dollars (USD). By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• The payment information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You authorize us to charge the stated purchase price to your payment method.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Only the last four digits are retained for reference purposes.

Your purchase is complete upon receipt of a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at wisdomspeeksdc@gmail.com.

04 Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product has been delivered and downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds. However, we stand behind our products and will work with you in the following circumstances:

Eligible for Refund:

• You were charged but never received your download link within 24 hours.
• The file delivered is corrupt, unplayable, or significantly different from what was described.
• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge).

Not Eligible for Refund:

• You changed your mind after downloading the product.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake (we may offer an exchange at our discretion).
• Your device or software is incompatible with the file format (WAV or MP3).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to wisdomspeeksdc@gmail.com with your order confirmation and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

05 License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, Go Go Records LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use the purchased digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You MAY:

• Download and store the file on your personal devices.
• Play the music for personal enjoyment.
• Transfer to personal devices (phone, tablet, computer) for private use.

You MAY NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the file with others.
• Use the music in any commercial project, video, broadcast, or public performance without a separate sync or performance license.
• Upload the file to any streaming platform, torrent site, or file-sharing service.
• Claim ownership or authorship of the music.
• Remove or alter any metadata, copyright notices, or watermarks.

06 Affiliate Program Terms

The Wisdom Speeks Affiliate Program allows Supporter Bundle purchasers to earn commission by referring new customers to any of our digital products. Participation in the affiliate program is subject to the following terms:

Eligibility:

• You must have purchased the Supporter Bundle to qualify.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• One affiliate account per person. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.

Commission Structure:

• Commission rate: 20% on every referred sale — applies to all digital products.
• Digital Download MP3 ($1.29) = $0.26 per referred sale.
• Studio Master WAV ($2.99) = $0.60 per referred sale.
• Supporter Bundle ($9.99) = $2.00 per referred sale.
• Commissions are tracked via your unique referral code (e.g., WS-XXXXXX).
• Commissions are credited after a 7-day refund window and marked "Approved."
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

Payouts:

• Payments are made via PayPal on the 1st of each month for the prior month's approved commissions.
• Minimum payout threshold: $10.00. Balances below this roll to the next month.
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to affiliate income in your jurisdiction.
• Go Go Records LLC will issue a 1099-NEC to US affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year.

Prohibited Affiliate Conduct:

• Spamming, misleading advertising, or misrepresenting the product.
• Bidding on our brand terms in paid search advertising.
• Cookie stuffing or other fraudulent tracking methods.
• Making false claims about the product or commission earnings.

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account and withhold commissions for violations of these terms. Decisions regarding affiliate eligibility and commission disputes are final.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to music recordings, artwork, text, logos, graphics, photographs, video content, and the "GET TO IT" single — is the exclusive intellectual property of Go Go Records LLC and/or Wisdom Speeks (Dana Renee), protected under United States and international copyright law.

The artist name "Wisdom Speeks," the label name "Go Go Records LLC," and associated logos are trademarks of Go Go Records LLC. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Press kit materials (EPK, press release, pitch deck, radio one-sheet) are provided exclusively for legitimate media, radio, and industry use. Redistribution for commercial purposes is not permitted without written consent.

08 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this website to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unauthorized advertising, spam, or solicitation.
• Impersonate Go Go Records LLC, Wisdom Speeks, or any other person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its related systems.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers) to collect data from this website.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that download links will be available indefinitely beyond the stated validity period.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Go Go Records LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use this website or its products.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Any other matter relating to this website.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington, DC, or through the courts of the District of Columbia, as applicable. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.
